Born in 1993 in Azerbaijan, Mr. Renat Yliagoyev embodies a new generation of global investors who merge strategic insight with cultural depth.
He spent his early years in Israel, completing his schooling in Akko, before pursuing International Business Studies. Guided from a young age by his late uncle, a respected entrepreneur in commercial property management and transnational trade, he developed a profound understanding of asset stewardship, value creation, and long-term growth.
These formative experiences instilled the discipline and vision that continue to define his approach to investment and leadership today.
Since 2015, Mr. Yliagoyev has advised private enterprises on corporate structuring, project development, and strategic investment. His work is recognised across the Middle East and Europe for its precision, integrity, and cultural intelligence.

Operating across Europe, the I Estate Group specialises in commercial real estate development, ranging from secure storage to hotels. The company's focus lies in developing a standard commercial real estate portfolio enabling project of architectural significance, exemplified by the Château de Mirambeau, the crown jewel of the portfolio.
Through this platform, Mr. Yliagoyev has built a comprehensive framework that unites investment strategy, asset structuring, and preservation management.

In 2018, Mr. Yliagoyev inherited a collection of paintings from his uncle, marking a defining moment in his lifelong engagement with culture.
Now directed toward philanthropic ventures that honour his uncle’s enduring influence, Mr. Yliagoyev serves as the steward of the collection, expanding and curating it to new heights.
